VastLinkAI offers subscription-based access to AI workspace features. This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through the account page and Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally stops future billing.

2. Current billing period

When you cancel, your access may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe or VastLinkAI shows otherwise.

3. Refund requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible with your account email and payment details.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may not be available for heavy usage, abuse, violation of our terms, or requests made long after the billing date.
